The 48-plate mobile plate rack, collapsible model is a folding plate stand that can be hung on a wall or put in a corner for storage. You can save space twice with this plate mate 48 mobile kitchen rack, first when in use with multiple plates and then when the dish trolley is not in use. Made of stainless steel tubes, it requires no maintenance. Cleaning can be done on this mobile plate rack with a high-pressure washer or with a brush and soap suds.
A protective cover for the PM48-155 vertical plate tree cart is available as an optional item to protect against odors and to prevent the dish contents from drying out. Our kitchen racks adjusts to fit nearly any plate size. If used properly you can tilt our plate racks up to a 20 degree angle, fully loaded, without dropping a plate. Our plate trolleys are made from stainless steel and fully tested in professional kitchens throughout the USA.
This banquet trolley is especially helpful for cold items. This cart could easily be pre-plated and ready to go and held under a shelf in your cooler until service time.
