The new
Hot-Mate is designed for
foodservice operations which serve large amounts of pre-plated
foods, including hotels and restaurants with banquet facilities,
clubs, party centers and caterers.
Simply plate the hot food
up to two hours before serving, fit the plates into PLATE-MATE's
secure grips, move the unit into the heated cabinet and
then remove for service. Hot-Mate requires just half the
space of conventional banquet carts with the same capacity.
