The columns can turn independently of each other in the frame, full of plates with a diameter of up to 33 cm. Corrosion resistant materials are used in the construction. The frame and the swivel wheels; two with brakes, are made from stainless steel. You will find that these 120 plate mobile dish trees are available in two additional sizes: the PM 96 TWIN, capacity 96 plates, and the PM 168 TWIN, capacity 168 plates. A protective covering is available for every TWIN model.
Our 120 dish kitchen rack adjusts to fit nearly any dinner plate size. If used properly you can tilt our 120 plate racks up to a 20 degree angle, fully loaded, without dropping any of the 120 plates. Our plate trolleys are made from stainless steel and fully tested in professional kitchens throughout the USA. These racks are ideally suited for banquet serving and advance banquet plating.
All castered, or wheeled carts are shipped skidded via LTL freight at freight class 250 using NMFC#188950-01 and are non-stackable freight.
