The PM 168 TWIN mobile plate rack is the biggest space saver of our PLATE MATE® catering plate trees range. These catering trolley columns can turn independently of each other in the frame, full of plates with a diameter of up to 33 cm. Our 168 plate kitchen rack adjusts to fit nearly any dinner plate size. If used properly you can tilt our 168 dish racks up to a 20 degree angle, fully loaded, without dropping any of the 168 plates. Our 168 plate trolleys are made from stainless steel and fully tested in professional kitchens throughout the USA. Corrosion resistant materials are used in the construction. The frame and the swivel wheels; two with brake, are made from stainless steel. You will find that this 168 dish dolly is available in two additional sizes: the PM 96 PLATE TWIN, capacity 96 plates and the PM 120 PLATE TWIN, capacity 120 plates. A protective covering is available for every TWIN model. These racks are ideally suited for banquet serving and advance banquet plating.
All castered, or wheeled carts are shipped skidded via LTL freight at freight class 250 using NMFC#188950-01 and are non-stackable freight.
