PLATE-MATE is ruggedly built for
hard continuous use. However, you may just might find
someone tried to use it for a ladder or ran over it with
a truck. Don't worry!
Parts are available to PLATE-MATE owners everywhere. Those
"thousands of pieces" are actually made in groups of three.
Take off the adjusting knobs and cap(they slide out),
replace what you broke and you're back in business. No
service call. No real loss. No big bill.
If you have owned your Plate-Mate less than one year,
there's no bill at all. Just complete an order form, filling
in your date of purchase, and we'll send off what you
need right away!
