Standard Mobile Plate Rack
This is the original cart that started the whole line. The original standard mobile plate rack unit is an 84 plate mobile, stainless steel, commercial plate tree stand. It is ideal for use in banquet serving or banquet plating and commercial kitchens, including those aboard ships. It can hold up to 84 pre-plated dinners. Our swivel wheeled commercial hospitality cart makes this 84 plate rack easy to move, and the wheel locks allow you to make sure the rack stays where you want it.

*Before loading plates onto a column side use the adjusting screw to make sure the plates will be level.

If used properly you can tilt our dish trolley up to a 20 degree angle, fully loaded, without dropping a plate. Rack Covers --Accessory*
Our rack covers are made of heavy rip-stopped vinyl that are zippered on all four corners for easy access. They come with a frame that fits on the cart to hold the cover securely in place and away from your plates. The cover for the standard model is the CV120 and is available as an optional item to protect against odors and prevent the dish contents from drying out. Our products are used all over the world at well established companies.

Our PM84-120 banquet trolley is the only model of its kind that can be fitted with our exclusive tray support accessory so it is able to hold up to 20 serving trays. The tray support accessory is the DBS-910.
All castered, or wheeled carts are shipped skidded via LTL freight at freight class 250 using NMFC#188950-01 and are non-stackable freight.
